Our products ship from our warehouses in Gibsonville, US, and Ontario, US, as well as our China factory. The US warehouse gives priority to delivery, and if the warehouse is out of stock, products will ship from the Chinese factory. We utilize USPS, Mail Innovations, and SurePost as our shipping carriers. Currently, we only sell and ship to locations within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.90 for all orders under $59, and free shipping for orders over $59.
Standard delivery time for orders is typically between 3-7 business days, if the product is sold out in the warehouse, the delivery time may be up to 15 days. although delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific product(s) you have ordered. We do our best to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please note that some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
